We aim to despatch all items the next day, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Special Carrier - delivered within 21 working days.

We aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours of receipt, subject to availability of goods. The majority of orders will arrive within 10 days, but please allow a little extra time to cover unforeseen delays. Personalised goods may take a little longer. We deliver to the UK only.

We aim to proces and despatch all orders within 48 hours. However please allow up to 10 days for delivery from receipt of order. Please note that your credit/debit card will not be debited until goods are despatched.

Orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should usually arrive within 3-4 Days of your order being placed. We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the weight and value of your order, this may include a courier service which would require a signature on delivery. A confirmation email will be sent upon your order being despatched and if the order has been sent via a courier, tracking information will be included enabling you to track the progress of your order online.

Your order should arrive within 10 days. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.UK delivery only excluding Channel Islands. If you have not received your order within 14 days, or if an order arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible on 01326 569444(calls may be monitored or recorded for training purposes).

All orders will be acknowledged with a dispatch date and will be sent with full growing instructions. All offers subject to availability. Delivery to UK addresses only.

Please allow 28 days for delivery. We deliver to addresses in mainland UK (including Northern Ireland) only.

We will contact you during the next working day to confirm theearliest available delivery date for your order. The longest time you will needto wait will be until the Thursday of the week after your order is placed, in many cases delivery can be made at shorter notice.
