I received this product and the idea is great, however, the slot where the sat nav goes does not give you a good view of the face of the sat nav and especially as it crinkles and doesn't lie flat. Even worse when it is sunny, but the idea is good and I must admit it never moved on the dashboard.

I was extremely disapointed with the wording of this advert.It would seem to suggest that you were advertising a Sat-Nav not a carrying case ,which i have returned.

Works very well, one of the best Sat Nav holders I have had. Yes it is heavy, as the base has to stay in place, but you can always take the Sat Nav out of the case, and leave the case in the car if it is too heavy for you to walk around with you. I found I could still see it with no problems, but I actually have the sound on for directions, much safer option, and only need to take a quick glance if necessary, highly recommend it, good price too!!!

Effective unit,stays put even when cornering and braking.light can reflect off plastic pocket depending on what angle you place the back at.a bit heavy to carry about,due to ballast in base.

I have to say that the item did exactly as stated holding my satnav on the dashboard, it did not move at all, and as additional benefit was nearer to me as I have a very 'deep' windscreen. However the big, and serious, drawback - fault even - was that a lot of the time the glare/reflection from the plastic front meant that the satnav screen could not be seen at all!

What a relief to have a Sat Nav holder which does not part company with the Sat Nav whilst you are driving!
(I previously used a bean bag type which was fine for a few miles, but eventually the Sat Nav would always come unstuck and fall of the dashboard.)

Brilliant, does exactly what is says and doesn't move at all on the dashboard even going around corners. Great holes in the side to thread the lead through. No more twiddling with suction holders.

i find the freedom sat nav-pack the most convenient and easy thing to use,it does as suggested and stays steadfast anywhere you put it on the dashboard and within seconds can be turned off,unplugged,zipped up and put away.the best value for money i have bought for a long time.

Whilst in principle this is a great idea the actual product is quite "bulky"and prone to reflections which can obscure your view of the screen.
However it replaces that "impossible" set up which is part of owning a Tom Tom !!!

I thought this would have been a good idea but I think it is too bulky for in front of the windscreen so I am sending it back, sorry!!!
