I read all the reviews, and as the majority were positive, I bought two Dehumidifiers due to excessive condensation in my car. They have been in the car for a month and have not worked at all. I would have had more success putting two backs of spuds in the car. I have even tried re-activating them, despite them being brand new, but to no avail. My advice would be to save your money or look for an alternative product.

Works great, only got 3 stars as the sealed package was open and looked to have been used even though the outer box was sealed. It was damp and needed to be dried in the mirowave before use. The item also leaves a fine white powder on the suface of whatever you put it on and needs a good scrub with a damp cloth to remove, but as said it does work.

Bought this with high hopes of preventing problems with windscreen misting. I have sited it on the car dashboard as that seems the most logical site to prevent the windscreen from misting up in weather conditions that cause such misting.
It has been in situ for around one week now and still the windscreen mists up both overnight and when driving on rainy days.
Unfortunately it does not live up to the promise as advertised and gets nowhere near the clear vision indicated on the before and after photo. Surprising since German technology is assumed to be superior to that of other countries.

I bought 2 of these items and placed 1 of them on the dashboard of my card but after having it on there for 2 days I still had to wipe quite a lot of condensation from the the windscreen. The 2nd item I placed on the rear shelf at the back of the car near the rear windscreen and that was not too bad.

My VW Eos is a great summer car but has always had humidity problems in the winter. The people at VW have never been able to solve why I should have suffered this way as the fold-back roof has been tested and is waterproof. But I did suffer - water literally dripping off the internal sun roof and condensation building up even if I parked to go into the supermarket for half an hour. I bought two little black cushions and the damp is mostly gone. Not entirely but a vast improvement on the situation previously.

Do not work and feel rather cheated as I bought two 1 for the front windoe and 1 for the back window. The windows still mist up.

This does help with moisture in the car, but not to the degree claimed, adhesive pads not able to adhere to my dashboard "textured" may be ok on a smooth surface, they are quite heavy.

My MGF is not used much in the winter and last winter the car seats felt damp to the touch whenever I got in it even though the hardtop in place. Also there was condensation on the windows all the time.
I bought 2 of these in January and I must say they worked better than I expected. There was noticeably less codensation on the windows and more importantly the seats no longer felt damp.
I am very pleased with their performance

Being the owner of a 25year+ car i have suffered with internal condensation for quite some time. I have tried everything that has been suggested from hot water bottles to old wives tale without any success.

My Granada (Yes, remember them!) used to drip with water front and back so I put one on the front dashboard and one on the rear parcel shelf now, the interior is absolutely bone dry. I highly recommend this product.

I am not entirely convinced that these products work as stated I have had one in my vehicle for a week or so and once or twice I think I had worse condensation problems than before I used it I put two in to try but I can't see much difference. It may be the exceptional weather conditions at present so I will try for a while longer and hope there is an improvement soon. You didn't mention in your ads that they leak a grey dust over whatever you put them on. Brian

What a dissapointment i tried this on the dashboard,rear parcel shelve,in the rear foot well, and it did nothing still had steamed up windows every time i tried it. Did not send it back as postage was quite dear because of the weight.have left it in car just in case it does work sometime, dont hold out much hope for it,will not buy anything like that again.

Have mixed feelings about this product.It seems to work intermittently,sometimes clear windscreen,other times water running down.Not too wet and i keep shaking it up so no idea why.As i say ,when it works it is good.

Complete waste of money. Its just a bag of Silic-Gel crystals and you need to be careful where you place it as the bag will become damp and if you do not check it will leave a wet spot wherever you place it

Since keeping one of these on the dashboard overnight I have not had to demist the windscreen or scrape ice off from the inside.It saves so much time, and fuel, on a cold morning.Much cheaper than replacing the door seals!
I haven't had to "dry" it out yet but if it lasts a couple of months before needing that then hopefully the worst of the winter will be over.

Bought these to solve the condensation/misty windows problem on my car.They do have a slight effect but its not enough to warrant the purchase.I certainly wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Had a terrible problem with condensation in my VW Eos so purchased 2 of these items, hasn't made any difference, still wringing wet inside the windows front and back.
Don't waste your money, I reverted back to wiping with a chamois leather kept in a plastic bag, works fine.

I had annoying problems of misted windscreen most times it rained but have to say this product appears to do the trick. Am very pleased. My only criticism is the slight dusty residue it leaves on my dashboard, small price to pay. I can recommend the Eco car Dehumidifer. Great results.

I have to leave very early in the mornings to go to work,when i get in car
can not see because of moisture on inside of windows (even thin ice)
and my car is only two years old. They do not seem to be sealed properly.
This never happened with my old banger.
Now this eco car dehumidifier seems to be doing the trick so far very good
have not had to wipe inside of windows or turn heaters on to clear windows.

I purchased 2 x Eco Car Dehumidifiers and found the product so effective, keeping the interior of my car very free of moisture, that I use only one of the items, keeping the second for a spare [if ever it is needed]
I would certainly recommend the product!

Although not that old, my car suffers quite badly from overnight condensation. I thought this 'gadget' would at least help with the problem.
It has been in use now for about a month and I have 're-generated' it on the dining room radiator as directed.
There seems to be little sign of any improvement with the interior windowws of the car first thing in the morning.

Apart from the dehumidifiers taking a long time to get here they seemed to work relatively ok but recent weather conditions haven't been such to really test them. One thing that I'm not impressed with is the dusty residue thats left behind when you move them from time to time. Time will tell!!

I have fitted 2 of these in my Ford focus. One on the dashboard and one on the rear parcel shelf. I have noticed no difference in the tendency for the rear window to steam up in cold weather. There has been a maraginal improvement in the condensation of the front windscreen, but I still had a thin film of ice on the inside of the windscreen this morning. The car has no water leaks, and the bags are only 2 weeks old. Once again the laws of physics are proved (Cold air holds less water than warm air, so water condenses on cold glass).
I don't recommend these dehumidifiers.

This really does seem to work so far! My car has a large windscreen and is always a pain in winter as it gets so misted up I have to use a small towel to clear it, but since getting one of these dehumidifiers it's been great! Have yet to experience frosty conditions but so far so good.
