Had my doubts about this product,read the reviews and decided to buy it.I wish I bought the two knee straps.Since I worn them the pain in my knee is gone,I really cannot believe it.I had keyhole surgery for torn cartilage and was in pain for months,but this knee strap has taken the pain away.

So far so good! unable to walk due to knee injury - am able to shop in comfort whilst wearing these straps.

I have worn the strap during two rounds of Golf and my knee gave me very little bother. Prior to applying the strap my knee would have become painful and suspect after a few holes. Impressed so far but further use is needed before full decision on effectiveness.

The band is generaly very good and gives relief from pain. The fabric part of the band tends to twist after a while and applying the band flat becomes quite difficult. if the fabric were stiffer the metal buckle would not twist it.
