A collection well worth having, originally from Peru, these superb varieties from the Mayan range come from a long term breeding programme of Phureja seed potatoes and are favoured by many of our top chefs. They cook in around two thirds of the normal cooking time and are best cooked in their skins, steamed, roasted or baked to enjoy their unrivalled and fantastic flavour!
