The secret is that the clock picks up the official British Standard frequency time and date signal, controlled by the National Physical Laboratories atomic clock in Rugby. This signal is effective up to a radius of just over 1448km (900m).

The superb clock measures approx. 11.5cm x 7.5cm x 10cm (4½ ins x 3ins x 4ins), has a classic silver and chrome casing, clear easy to read numbers and luminous hour and minute hands as well as a second hand.
