We purchased a 3-in-1steamer, we used to use a mop and bucket for the kitchen, which has a ceramic tiled floor, but when we were finished it left oil patches over the floor, but with just a quick wipe over with the steamer the oil marks had disappeared

Although it cleaned the top of our kitchen floor tiles well,it did not seem to clean the grout.Have also tried it as a hand held system on our shower tiles and was a little disappointed again.

I bought this item after dithering for some time whether to buy a steam mop as I was frustrated using a conventional mop. It has been the best ever purchase. The difference after using the steam mop is incredible and using the hand held steamer is great for using round taps, hinges on toilet seats to name a few is brilliant. I had hardly finished unpacking it when my daughter-in-law wanted to try it out. Anything that could be steam cleaned she cleaned. Well worth the money.

I bought this steam cleaner from Mirror Reader offers, the first time I used it was to hel clean my granddaughters flat after she had moved out, The flat was so clean the assessor was imressed, when he opened the over to insect it he said "wow" have you ever used this oven?" Needless to say she got her deosit back. I would recomment this cleaner I have found it to be firstclass and a third cheaper that the cleaners on the shopping channels.

The handle does not click into position and keeps falling out, therefore I have to hold it below the catch in order to do the job, not ideal but ok, I think I should have opted for the one advertised on tv.
