Premier Edition
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we give an unconditional guarantee that we will exchange goods or refund your money at any time. This is in addition to your statutory rights. If you wish to return or exchange an item simply send it to us, together with the returns slip provided in the original delivery, to the address above alternatively we will at your request arrange a collection for large items.
Easylife
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 28 days, in its original packaging for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. This does not affect your statutory rights. Personalised items and used personal items are not refundable unless faulty.
J.E.M. Marketing
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to the address above ingood condition within 14 days of delivery, requesting either a full refund or an exchange. This will not affect your statutory rights. Before returning any item, please call our customer services direct line on 01483 204444.

If you wish to return or exchange an item simply return it tous with a cover note with your details and stating whether you require a refundor exchange.

Return postage for non-faulty goods will be paid by the sender.

If for any reason youare not satisfied with the binoculars, you may return them to us for exchange or refund within 28 days. The invoice/delivery note which will be enclosed with the binoculars gives our full address details and the enclosed instruction manualalso gives information regarding the product's 10 year warranty.

Shoe and clothing items: In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in mint, resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt. Details are included with each item. Home and garden products: BVG Airflo will accept faulty/unused goods in sealed original packaging for refund or replacement within 14 days. BVG Airflo do not refund postage on unsuitable items or cancelled orders.

If for any reason you are not 100% delighted upon receipt of your order, please advise us by email or in writing within 14 days and we will offer a replacement (subject to availability), or credit, or refund the purchase price. Please note that any manufactured goods (e.g. gardening sundries) must be returned if you require a refund. It would be helpful if photographic evidence is provided when requesting a refund or replacement.
