We want you to be 100 percent happy with your purchase, and offer a 30-day returns guarantee for all our products. If you wish to return an unwanted product, then you may do so at your own cost within 30 days. All returned products must be in mint, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

The easiest way to return an unwanted product is to use a pre-paid Collect+ returns label for just £1.25, which you can add to your order in the checkout (simply tick the box above the "Go to Secure Checkout" button in your shopping basket). The Collect Plus returns service enables you to drop your return off at one of 5,500 local shops around the country. If you don't add the Collect+ returns label at the checkout, you can still purchase one at a later date for £4.60 by visiting this link: www.collectplus.co.uk. You can also use this link to find your local Collect+ drop off point.

If you have purchased a Collect+ returns label when placing your order, simply complete your returns slip, attach the returns label to your packaging, drop your parcel off at your nearest Collect+ store and then wait for your refund/exchange.

Alternatively you return your item to us via the Royal Mail within 30 days, at your own cost. Take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard parcel delivery service (remember to take out additional insurance if the contents of your items exceed £36), also ensuring you request a proof of posting receipt.

Whatever method of return you to choose to use, please ensure you include either a completed returns form or covering letter stating the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. This must include your full name, address including postcode and your customer account number / sales order number.

Once returned items are received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange or we will issue a refund as instructed. The original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrived to you damaged / faulty) will not be refunded, but for items being exchanged there is no postage charge for the replacement goods.
